non-renewable primary energy and carbon dioxide emissions.
However, our goal is that your home leaves the smallest footprint on our
planet; and for that we have to go far beyond the current legislation.
We aim for your villa’s energy output to be equivalent to that of a modest three-bedroom apartment
.
This means increasing the thermal insulation required by the Technical Building Code and orienting the housing well by reducing the direct impact of the sun on the glazed surfaces.
The only source of energy is electricity by eliminating deposits of fossil fuels such as diesel or even natural gas.
Depending on the project we double or triple the amount of solar panels to supply a last generation aerothermal which in turn cools the house through coolers and heats the house through underfloor heating.
